Each season, Alex carefully selects every wine that will make up your Subscription pack. And when available, he may also include our special, small-batch wines, such as Tempranillo. And only if they make the cut.
Alex focusses on wines that strike the balance in seasonality, drinkability, cellaring potential and food pairing suitability. It’s all part of his vision to make wines for sharing, discovery and enjoyment.

Our ‘H’ Series Seasonal Pack is full of smooth, easy drinking wines from our ‘H’ Series wines. Our Limited Series Seasonal Pack is selected from our powerful, structured wines created from our special sites. Each pack has at least 3 different wines. When available, Alex Head will also include one of our small batch wines*.
*Our subscribers have priority access to our small batch wines e.g. Tempranillo. Never more than 2 barrels produced.

To ensure ongoing variety, great quality and value, season after season, we are unable to offer customised packs. Rest assured each pack has been curated for enticing drinkability and value.

Yes. Our other wines are all available for sale through our online store as usual. And as a subscriber, always remember to log on each time you visit our online store to see your benefits applied automatically.
You bet, it does. If you are not already a member, your first Subscription automatically qualifies you as a Limestone Member. Once you have spent $500, you will progress to Ironstone Membership. When your spend surpasses $1,000, you will reach our ultimate tier, Quartz Membership. The best bit? Each tier progresses in rewards and greater value.

PAYMENT & DELIVERY
Seasonal subscribers receive 4 deliveries per year. Biannual subscribers receive 2 deliveries per year.
You can expect your first delivery 1-2 weeks after joining the Subscription service and then every 3 months (seasonal subscribers) or every 6 months (biannual subscribers) thereafter.
Of course! Log in to your account portal and click through to your active subscription. From there you will be able to change to either 2 or 4 deliveries per year.
Your credit card will only be charged when you finalise your Subscription by clicking on “Pay now” in the checkout window.
Then, depending on the Subscription frequency you have selected, it will be charged every 4 months (seasonal frequency) or every 6 months (biannual frequency) at the same time we dispatch your wines.
No. All deliveries — seasonally and biannually — are included. That's part of the added value of our Subscriptions.
We are not able to offer a pick-up service as our wines are shipped from an off-site temperature-controlled warehouse.
No problem! You can stop anytime. Simply log into your account portal to cancel your Subscription. No questions asked.

You can ask for the delivery to be left somewhere specific, unattended at your own risk.
