From a remarkable single vineyard in the Stone Well sub-region which has a myriad of soil types including red-clays and grey sands (Blonde in colour) running the length of the vineyard. Always showing perfume and jube-like blue fruits, this vineyard crops naturally at around 1.5 tonne to the acre. Fermented in 3 different styles including between 2 & 5% Viognier skins (vintage dependant) for between 12-18 days in open-fermenters. This wine also utilises two separate clones of Shiraz which adds another layer of complexity to the wine.
